Compton is our 1975 late bay-window campervan and he has the versatile Westfalia style roof conversion.

Meet Compton

About Compton

Named after a beach on the South West Coast of the Island, Compton was the first in the Isle of Wight Campervan Holidays fleet.

He has a ¾ width rock and roll bed for sleeping and when his roof is popped up he also has a full width bed.

This upper bed is great for older children to share and it can be used by adults if required.

In 2015 we gave Compton a re-spray and an interior spruce up with new upholstery and new countertops.

With his reconditioned engine, fitted in 2014, Compton continues to be a very happy campervan exploring the Isle of Wight with a smile on his face.

Don’t forget that Compton can also be accompanied by one of our Outwell 3 man stand alone tents if you want some extra storage or for additional sleeping space.

All of our campers come with a standard inventory list which can be viewed here.  However, on this page is a list of the main items in Compton that we think you would like to know about.
