We can let you know about availability immediately or if we are unable to take your call, leave us a message and we will get back to you as quickly as we possibly can.

We respond to emails as soon as we can but at our slowest we will get back to you within 24 hours. If you don’t see a response from us, check your spam folder or call us.

Once we’ve chatted about your Island adventure, assigned you a campervan and hire date, we will then outline the major points of our terms and conditions regarding insurance, excesses and security deposits.

We will email you our full terms and conditions and having confirmed that you are happy to proceed, we will post out your booking confirmation letter and insurance questionnaires to the address that is given on your driving licence.

We will require a booking deposit to secure your reservation which is £100 for a 2, 3 or 4 night hire and £200 for a 7 night hire.

We ask that deposits are paid by bank transfer or cheque.

Balances due on each hire are payable 14 days prior to your arrival on the Isle of Wight and these can be paid by bank transfer, cheque or by card on the phone.

We appreciate it if you can return your completed insurance forms to us at your earliest convenience so we can confirm that everything is OK regarding insurance cover.

When you arrive on the Isle of Wight we will need each driver to provide the following:

  • Current valid driving licence

  • A recent utility bill, bank statement, council tax bill with address corresponding to your driving licence.

  • A few days prior to your arrival on the Isle of Wight we will require each driver to provide us with a DVLA share code. This allows us to see an online version of the counterpart driving licence. The code is easy to obtain but if you cannot do this prior to arrival you must know your National Insurance number when you arrive. We can then perform the process at Camper HQ. We will provide you with all the links and further helpful advice regarding this at the time of booking.

If in doubt, call us on 01983 642143.
